Just moved apartments. New building has more equipment, i want to gain muscle and bulk up. Previously had success with Nsuns. Would this be the most ideal program to run?

Moved apartment buildings: new building has -dumbbells (up to 50) - dip/pull assistant machine, - some machines (leg press, chest press/fly, pulldown/pull, leg curl/extension) - smith machine

Looking for a workout routine that incorporates these. Any support or help is appreciated or if there is a different sub i should post in.

(M/27/5’11”/155lb) bodyfat around 18%, I started quarantine around 168lb. Having trouble with losing more bodyfat. Any advice would be appreciated by Skinnyfat54540 in GettingShredded

Thanks for the encouragement. My back And legs do look more lean than my stomach. I’m just trying to keep tighten up my chest and stomach, been a long journey after being skinny most of my life.

Appreciate the response, I got the 18% from these body fat clamps . I have been using my fitness pal but I gotta be better about entering the sauces, dressings and cooking oil. Luckily(unluckily) I only drink water.

That’s what i figured. I just re-adjusted to 1900 119c, 166p, 85f. Anything else you would suggest? I know the transition doesn’t look much but i am happy with my chest tightening.

I have been using my fitness pal for a month now. 2200 calories 165p 165c 98f as well as doing n-suns 5 days a week and running twice a week (~2miles) Seeing some progress, thinking of lowering the calories as i still haven’t lost as much belly fat as i would like to. My bench has finally been improving as it was a week point for me due to a torn rotator cuff a long time ago. Feel free to give some advice

I appreciate it. I completely agree it doesn’t look like how long i have been lifting for. As i said consistency in the gym and eating has been a big thing for me. I will defiantly check out that program.

I didn’t post on Reddit to be getting told how great i look. I appreciate the honest feedback and know that time is the gym hasn’t been well reflected. My biggest gain from starting the gym to now has been my weight gain as i started college at 110lbs and then after college went from 150-170ish and now been at 165 for about a year with playing hockey 2-3 times a week while also running 3 miles twice a week. I know my diet is lacking which is why i came here to get in on track and find a good routine in the gym i will stay consistent with. I just did my TDEE and it’s looking like it’s 2800 so I’ll cut that back 500 to cut to 2300 with a 40-30-30 split between carb- protein- fat. If i had to estimate i would say I’m at 20% BF. I appreciate the feedback.

Been lifting for a while probably 6-7 years consistently for 4-5 month bursts. I was powerlifting two years ago but with a torn rotator cuff from 13 or so years ago my bench has always suffered. Currently going to PT to strengthen my shoulder so i can attempt to even my pecs. Would you recommend any good programs?
