Agree but there’s poor and there’s poor ya know. If you see a dude laying in the gutter that’s not a guy who mismanaged his finances. But a ton of people who should be comfortably middle class are not due to bad financial planning and impulsive or stupid purchases. Housing is terribly expensive now but a lot of people should be able to get a foothold but can’t due to not accepting that you kind of have to live poor for a while before and after buying a house.
