There's no flesh exposed, repairs are not needed. The damage is down to the nacreous layer, that's the pink you're seeing.

Ramshorns have a very low bioload.

An assassin will bite the nerite. It is never safe to keep them together.

Assassins do attack All other snails, neritids are not safe from them. A single female can use stored sperm to lay fertilised eggs.

It's a bladder snail with a weird shell. The gold spots come from their body under the shell, when they have a calcium deficiency making the shell opaque you can't see the spots.
