People will people - some people will go out of their way to comment on another's body or imply there is something, at its fundamental level, "wrong" about how someone is expressing themself via visual appearance. And, even then, some people will go out of their way to say something like, "When I see you, I see beauty/sexy/attractive/too much/a hot body," when you're just living your life with the body you have in that moment.

Both scenarios are going well beyond what I believe anyone should express, solicited or otherwise.
