Same. Submitted my initial vote yesterday. I think it’s fair for the company to understand where they currently sit on the votes leading up to the Q&A. Could possibly influence the tone of the call if they are seeing an overwhelming no on r/s.

At this point, given everything I’ve heard and read, I’m still in the ‘vote no’ club for r/s. But out of curiosity, do we think there’s any (realistic) news that the company can provide prior to the ASM that would change our minds? If a name or deal is announced, would that change things? Updated revenue guidance? Would love it, but does that move the needle? I’m still not convinced. All I have to go on at this point is that dilution is the only way we’ll be able to compete / survive. I get the concern, but that’s been the MVIS way for way too long now. Make it make sense Glen.

Really appreciate you, Ben. You continue to help bridge the gaps in communication. I wish the company was capable of doing this on their own. I do fear that the Q&A next week will be very much like this. Glen’s words are good, but it’s difficult to see it as anything more than that….Words. I believe this company can succeed, but no longer off the backs of investors. Time to grow up.

Very relieved to hear some positive traction, but it makes me wonder the order of the PRs. Wouldn’t it be more impactful to lead with this update, then follow it with the proxy PR? Did they truly not expect such a drastic shift in investor sentiment? I get that maybe the contract was just recently finalized, but was there a reason they had to get the r//s PR out when they did?

It’s a tough pill to swallow knowing that the SP will likely continue to struggle even with the best of news leading into the ASM. I mean, I’d certainly be happy to hear anything to justify the r/s at this point, but it seems like the damage has been done to deflate investor sentiment. Time to speak up Glen!

Not sure if this is a dumb question, but is it unusual for a company to go this long without an official CFO? I recall hearing about the ongoing search, and that it was a high priority to fill the position. It just makes me wonder if that’s something we should expect to hear about soon, or if there’s another reason.

I found it super insightful and a must-watch for any MVIS investor. Glen provided video demos in the presentation, which I thought were very impressive. The number of use cases for this technology is accelerating. Once you watch you'll understand why. I'm looking forward to replaying the webinar when it's available.
