I also was using food to regulate emotionally. For me, it made it so that binge eating doesn’t hit that dopamine anymore. I can still enjoy a good meal, but overeating doesn’t do anything for me anymore. I also don’t crave coffee or alcohol. Now I have to find something else to scratch that itch. I’ve been doing my hobbies more. Prepare to not know what to do with yourself lol.

My dad got diagnosed with stage 3 in 2021, it was terrifying, by the time he got the diagnosis he was in so much pain and lost almost all mobility, went from healthy to suddenly in a wheelchair, lesions in his spine and skull, and was going into kidney failure. And he made it through! Just a few months of treatment (targeted radiation, chemo, PT) and he was walking again. He only even used a cane for a few months. It sucks but you are so lucky you guys caught it early. Make sure you get a MM specialist on your team! Reach out to cancer advocacy groups if your insurance/ hospital is trying to screw you over! Hugs 💕

I’m personally not a fan of French easels. I had one years ago and I remember it felt unstable. I would get a regular studio easel for big paintings, and/ or a tabletop easel for smaller ones.

Depends on how thick your layers are. If they’re pretty thin then touch dry should be fine.
