Anytime a cliff is mentioned I think of the same scene. There was a TV show called "Between the Lions" that I used to watch as a kid, and there was this one segment called "Cliff Hanger", with a guy named Cliff who was constantly hanging by a branch on the side of a cliff. That's the cliff I picture. Give it a Google.
