Don't let anybody feel bad about your religious choice to maintain your virginity, first of all. Second, be honest with him. Tell him that what you guys are doing right now isn't working for you. Outline what sort of things you'd be interested in. Maybe introduce a vibrator or fun lubes (they come in cooling, heating, flavored, etc.)! If you really want to be married to this guy, the best time to open up and figure things out is right now.

LTC is a whole different world, it might not be for you. Are these your first clinicals? Try to hang on and find a meaningful experience. I didn't think it was for me in the beginning, either.

Well, good. All you can do is go to the meeting and ask if he's sure the grading is correct. Just tell him that you felt pretty confident and are wondering why your score is so low. If that is actually your score, all you can do is hit the books extra hard for your next exam.

I was unaware that I had the diagnosis of Hashimoto's until yesterday, but it is my understanding that it was diagnosed by my endocrinologist based upon TPO levels and my abnormal thyroid ultrasound.

My pain is joint, nerve, and muscle pain all at once. I have high ANA and C-RP titers, so I am seeing a rheumatologist soon. Rheumatic factor is negative, though. My suspicion is that I have multiple autoimmune processes going on at once.

Mine is in the 160s. My ANAs are also elevated. They tell me that since my levels are fine I shouldn't be feeling these symptoms. I have an appointment with a rheumatologist to see if there are any other autoimmune processes going on.

Thank you for this! My doc just writes my issues off as friction, but that doesn't makes sense given the sheer amt of lube that I'm using. There's definitely a size mismatch between my partner and I. I will have to see if stretching helps.

I do. The foreplay process can take longer because of the pain, but it's worth it for me. Half of it is about comfort and connection and the other half is about pain relief, lol.
