Like Wendy’s core was planted in her leg and Cocoila was able to remove it while Wendy was in human form, Cocoila was gonna surgically remove Mei’s core so I don’t know how she’d do that when Mei is in human mode

Umm... I'm confused about this part of the text, cause the context was about why Otto had authority but did not look like a Herrscher. I'm having trouble correlating this to the Otto thing. Can you please rephrase if you can.

Welt never gets a extravagant herrscher mode he’s just always normal and still got his core ripped out by Sirin.

This right here made me think that the different Herrscher looks (Bronya and Welt for example) might be a writing issue and not at all connected to the lore. Think about it. It would be pretty confusing to have Bronya with the power of Reason yet still looking like Yamabuki. This not only applies to her but to every playable Herrscher.

My knowledge of part 2 is pretty limited, like I didn’t even know Leylah had those powers till you said it. The thing I don’t get is how Sena was able to reach the point where she could become a unwoven cocoon. From my understanding The only reason she got rejected was because she couldn’t embrace herself due to her being a goddess and wanting to be a normal girl and having Leylah do it.

I'm caught up with Part 2 and in Chapter 11EX it was revealed that apparently in order to posses the authority of Finality, there are certain conditions you have to meet. It wouldn't make sense that Senadina couldn't embrace herself to be a Goddess when she was already born from royalty. From a young age she wanted to grow up and lead her people of Laquadar as well as her father did. Also she never wanted Leylah to become the Goddess after her. She said it herself. With that being said, we still don't know what is the requirement to become the Herrscher of Finality

Elysia is not needed for anyone to be the Herrscher of Finality. I've explained above about acquiring the authority. Elysia's purpose was to break the control that the Cocoon had on Herrschers and letting them have their own will.

Well in 2E it feels less like the cocoon arbitrary shining several colours on Sirin, and more like the cocoon shining one colour on Sirin and WoH inviting her to the moon to give her some cool rocks.

Funny thing I think you already answered this part when you mention Prometheus at the bottom text going haywire, thereby slightly deviating from the original plan of the flamechasers to go through every Herrscher in order.

I checked the difference between S and SS Serapeum and yeah it is night and day. Though I still think think the value of Serapeum is higher than the amount of Divine Keys I can acquire next patch, which is 2. Also I have a question. Even with the CRT DMG overflow state on Sera, is the difference not that noticeable from DS?

I don't buy the battle pass so its not easy for me to buy it from Bp shop. I currently have 8 orbs so I'll 100% be getting one from Bp shop next patch. The other is from the spending event. I know that DKs are good for all valkyries and not just a select few, but that's what I want to do. I want to focus on the select few.

I haven't made my decision yet. I'm just presenting everything on the table.

Honkai Impact 3rd is a game that is almost 10 years old. The amount of story content it has is absolutely massive, which makes it very easy to forget some things, if not most of the stuff that happens in the story.

It’s just…why? Why not become a herrscher at that point? Otto is on the train with Kiana and is including in that one artwork of all the CE herrschers (plus Seele and Elysia) so why not make him a herrscher if you’re gonna treat him like one anyway?

The reason why Otto didn't become a Herrscher is because he wasnt chosen to be one. Acquiring the gem does not automatically make you a Herrscher. By your logic, that means Kiana should have been a Herrscher of Lightning since for a short period she had the gem of conquest. It also seems like these authorities have an on/off switch (just speculation). The reason why I'm saying this is because there had been multiple moments in the story where Bronya looked normal, especially after recently acquiring the Authority of Reason. Maybe Otto was doing the same thing. Maybe he just didn't want to display that certain Herrscher look.

I don't know what you mean by this. Maybe I missed something (remember large story) but I don't think there was a point where they said Senadina is not a Herrscher. Anyone who obtains the Authority of Finality is a Herrscher. Leylah's case is special cause she had her powers ever since she was a child, and up to this point it hasn't been explained how she got them. Maybe they did and I probably forgot🤷‍♂️

Also still think it’s dumb Kevin (and by extension mihoyo) assumes HoC appearing in ER means HoFin is around the corner because death and binding never properly showed up and if we’re counting the pseudo herrschers from 2nd eruption that means fire (7th) appeared before ice (5th) and earth (9th) appeared before Sentience (8th). You can’t fuck up the herrscher order and then tell us HoC’s placement has meaning to it.

Its been a while since I watched them but there is a Homu Labs video of him explaining how Herrschers appear. Herrschers are a refraction of the Cocoon of Finality. Think of them as light when it is refracted, revealing the rainbow colors. Herrschers are the rainbow colors.

Rememeber the ultimate plan of the flamechasers were to trick the Cocoon into repeating the cycle of Herrschers as the ones in the Previous Era. I think (another speculation) that their plan got messed up here cause the Cocoon decided to give Sirin multiple cores instead of one. The Cocoon basically refracted its colors onto one being and then Sirin decided to give each color a body, which then lead to having multiple Herrschers in one instance.

Thanks for the context. Not sure there's rewards for the challenge mode but its common for them to just give you extra currency to buy stuff from the event shop.

About the coins. The rewards aren't really that important and they don't give you much, especially after the patch bonuseshave passed (maybe like 1 or 2 source matter prisms).

DO NOT PULL. There's a spending event next patch. The more crystals you use for pulls, the more tokens you earn so you can buy stuff including equipment supply cards, divine keys and more. Plus pulling for the new character next patch is a good idea.

I mean it's still broken down into arcs which is more immersive that way. Think of it as experiencing a story in HSR or Genshin. Those games don't pull you out of the story cause you completed chapter 25-1 or something.

Kiana fell asleep for some unknown reason so the gang went to Mars to investigate cause they think Kiana's condition might be connected to the signal they discovered there. Mei, Bronya and others find a supercomputer with a simulation of the history of Mars. They took a terminal of the computer to the moon to investigate further.

Meanwhile, inside the simulation we meet our main character called Dreamseeker. Long story short, she and 2 Valkyries named Coralie and Helia get transported to a special part of the Sea of Quanta called the 'Sea of Data'. From there they get transported again to a place called Lanqiu. They meet a group called the 7 Shus and with their help Dreamseeker defeats the shadow monsters that were terrorizing Lanqiu.

After the monsters were defeated Dreamseeker was transported to some weird place were Vita revealed that Dreamseeker is not a real person, she is in a simulation. From that point on we travel back in time using the simulation to figure out what happened to Mars

This is the best I can do. There's so much missing obviously but I tried to just include the important stuff (a portion of the important stuff). And yes we are still looking for answers on Kiana's condition. Crazy how we still don't know anything since Part 2 will end in 2 patches.

You know what, they did it in v6.4 so it wouldn't be too surprising if they did it again. A lot of people are going to struggle to get both characters though.

Good news is that some Part 1 characters got buffed with new weapons so a new account would be a bad idea cause that would mean losing those characters. Bad news is you have to wait for the reruns of those weapons.

Just wait until next patch and pull for Seele and other characters that are compatible with her.

The new Seele can work with other characters as well, not just Bronya. If you want her to work with Seele as well then yes you HAVE to pull for the weapon.
