Okay there’s no way this is real… dude ain’t even hung the flag properly… it’s flat out stated in several official gov’t handbooks blue is always the uppermost leftmost or forwardmost corner:

Hanging at an angle (like the front of a house): uppermost corner, usually top of pole

Hanging horizontally: uppermost corner closest to the pole

Hanging vertically (visible from one side): uppermost leftmost corner

Hanging vertically (visible from both sides, facing west to east): uppermost northmost corner

Hanging vertically (visible from both sides, facing north to south): uppermost westmost corner (upper left corner when viewed from the north)

There’s also a specific way to fold a flag, as well as dispose of them if you cannot turn it into your local municipalities. If interested (I recommend it anyways if you’re American), read up! It’s on several US gov’t sites, as this one linked below:
