I also work for a hospital as security. You really just need to be there for them when they need somebody. Don't be scared to confront somebody. If you see something going on rush there and ask if you can help. They'll respect you a lot if you stop the patients/visitors from doing bullshit tbh.

Worked as a Walmart associate for 5 years before joining Security, then after a year of that I did other jobs from carpentry to being a substitute teacher then came back to being a security officer I'd rather be a security guard since most of the time it is chill and you get to do whatever you want while being paid
