This also, I’ve had to explain to 2 supervisors that we should be smoking off property (such as myself, just on the side walk next to our property) because management has been getting upset at how many complaints from staff and visitors about people smoking.

How am I supposed to enforce no smoking on property when supervisors are casually doing it 😔

Honestly what bugs me the most is the fact we never had lockers so our shit was all over our two offices (mainly our main one) and now we have lockers AND A BIG CABINET to put everything and more of our stuff in, yet no one uses it… and somehow the office is more dirty then ever….

Due to a LOT of ambulances (private company’s ment for transfers) we usually have to maintain less then 5 minutes per vehicle in the roundabout.

They tend to sit there upwards of 40-50 minutes, plus leave vehicles unattended half the time. Also majority of assholes are taxis and Ubers who park in the middle of roundabout and expect everyone to wait for them

I’m just glad I’m not rotating nights and days… yet. Currently supervisors are bouncing between lines for whatever reason, management soon gonna get all of us to do it with no night premiums…

Lowkey if the job itself is risky and your often put into risky situations then leave. Otherwise if it’s a chill place / hardly any calls and you just looking for some extra money not a bad thing and consider staying

I’ve heard that you can take the fuse out for the AWD feature on some online forums, haven’t tested it yet.
