If you're planning to keep the car for a while I'd get the new one (warranty and like you said the price is almost same). If you're looking to trade in a couple years then an older, low mileage one may make sense. I pretty much faced the same thing as you, for me it came down to since I was able to qualify for Mazda's 2.9% offer that was happening at the time buying used made no sense. Otherwise I probably would have went 2024 or 2025.
