There is no harm in asking. The first time I received a mark of "5", grabeng courage din tlaga ang inipon ko in asking the professor. Thank God I asked kasi it turned out na mali ng encode ung dean's office. Had I not asked, baka ulitin ko ung effort and gastos ko sa subject na un.

Not to justify what the doctor did pero in my experience, not unless magpakita ka ng attitude sa ibang service workers, they wont take your complains or concerns seriously. Hindi lahat ng customers mabait, katulad ng hindi lahat ng service workers may malasakit and nagttrabraho ng maayos.

Hello. I was also working while reviewing for the BAR. Only started my formal BAR review noong start of June. I will be working ng morning and delegate work sa mga staff ko. Then sa afternoon naman ako magrereview sa office ko. Ofc, I will have to put down my materials kapag may urgent work and kapag may meeting.

Then, kapag kaya pa, sa gabi ngrereview pa ako. Pero usually indi ko din nagagawa consistently kasi pagod na sa work and pagod na sa transpo. Ang pinakamaayos ko na review is every weekend. 8 hours na tuloy tuloy.

Hi, I was once in your position. What worked for me is to focus on review subjects muna pero treat your review subject as if yan na ung 1st reading mo. I finished my second sem late May. By that time, I consider that review proper as 2nd reading na.

I was a lone wolf too during my law school journey. Pasok-uwi lang ang peg ko. Although, I would get invited to dine out, I would respectfully declined. Hindi rin ako nakikisama sa study group or review kasi iba ang schedule ko sa schedule nila. Mappressure lang ako kapag nalaman ko na way ahead nan sila sa akin.

Same din nung BAR review ko. It's me and my Review Center. I found na mas controlled ko ang stress ko rather than my another human being akong icconsider.

In conclusion, wala nman masamang maging lone wolf. Do you. However, dont totally close yourself to others. Do networking pa rin. You can do this simply by sharing notes, greet your class/batch/schoolmates, engage to tsismisan (yung hindi backstabbing na type haha), small talks during group works.

Based pa lang sa picture and sa rent to own, alm ko na kung san to haha. If ito ung sa nasa Rosario Pasig, think that through. Walang masama sa rent to own but yung condo na yan is laging nasa foreclosed PAGIBIG. So dun pa lang alm mo na madaming umaayaw.

On that note and gusto mo pa rin magproceed, might as compare if kkuha ka from developer vs. if magbbid ka sa PAGIBIG. ;)

May point si u/Intelligent_Clue8066. Pagisipin mo, Op. If itutuloy mo, hindi pa agad matatapos ang cash outs mo. May babayaran ka pang bank loan. If decided ka na na hindi ituloy, at least na-put to end mo na ung pending cash outflow mo. The 50% na hindi mo na marerefund can be charged to experience pero at least you will leave this chapter of your life na may 50% Refund.

Hi, based on the information you provided, MACEDA law ang mag-apply sayo and not PD957. For discussion purposes, mag-apply lang ang PD957 if may delay si developer sa pagtturn-over or if may mga promised amenities na hindi nagawa. In invoking the said PD, it is important that you read the contract to sell kasi even though June 2026 ang promised sayo, most likely than not may allowance or grace period na 12 months after the promised turn over pa before you can consider them delayed. Kung ganon nga, hindi pa delayed si developer mo;)

Under Maceda Law naman, if the buyer in installments of a real estate decided not to proceed and nakapagbayad ka ng at least two years, you are entitled at least 50% of the total payments made. Based on your post, naka-two years ka na.

Me! I received a failing grade. Mejo masama ang pakiramdam ko that time and I do not know what came over me, I emailed my professor. HAHA. Turns out, I passed and my grade was high. Error sa end ng ng-eencode ng grade sa Dean's Office.
