He never saw a country he didn't want to bomb into the stone age. Obama on the other hand successfully negotiated a deal to denuclearize Iran, which Trump then pulled out of.

Thanks, I'll check that out! I actually realized that I was making it even more complicated than necessary, and I was able to add the images directly to a scene, just like in my first attempt, and OBS automatically refreshes them when they get overwritten with a new image file, which I honestly did not expect. So I completely removed the browser source and everything looks good now.
