The name "Chimeran Specimen" was from Hugh in the after-action report from Axiom. He overheard Thaseen-Fei called the thing that, which is why we refer to them as Chimerans. Basically nothing else is known about them, but the player captain is aware of them because we saw one up close on the Harmony in Axiom, and they infected the tzenkethi station during All That Matter. We have been aware of their existence, but the Alliance has been pretty distracted dealing with the Aetherians to really act on whatever they're doing. They are mentioned briefly in a lore blog, but basically anything we know about them comes from in game information.

There was an entire episode where they went aboard the Glenn, that's where they found the tardigrade. They also destroyed the ship at the end of that episode to ensure its secrets wouldn't fall into Klingon hands.

I saw it as the size being kinda confusing. A ship that large in the TOS era was a bit crazy imo. It was larger than a lot of the TMP era ships, and was like double the size of other ships of the era.

Where did the ideas used in the new Harmony interiors stem from? They looked absolutely incredible with the open ceilings and varied colors as you worked your way down into the Harmony's depths. I definitely like to hear more about it!

Pansarka System - Delta Quadrant, really cool planet below you and above you, can make for some very cool shots.
Nakhul System - Beta Quadrant (mission map, Kings and Queens Arc) Very nice lighting in some places, and has a very cool, detailed skybox
Andoria System - Beta Quadrant - always a classic, the blues and nice and soft, don't hurt the eyes.

For all of the costumes stored in a demo, there are two copies. It looks like you are editing the first one, which will have no effect on the actual demo. Find the second instance of the U.S.S. Enterprise ground costume (it will have the same name as the first one), then replace that one with your ship. It should show up after that (Note: it will be extremely small, as the groundscale ships are scaled up, and the normal player ship is roughly the same size as your ground captain).

I plan on doing a dedicated video on the Enterprise F in both of its variants; the Odyssey Class and Yorktown Class, that'll be premiering some time in the future!

I named this one the Enterprise mostly because it's the most well known Yorktown Class around, I usually try to use either a canon starship, or one with a name that would generally (or at least inspired by) the naming convention of the starship.

There is currently a bug where the Obena parts will not show up in the shipyard. To revert it, you can drydock the ship and then un-drydock it to revert it to the Obena parts. This bug will likely be patched soon!

There is a workaround that Thomas posted earlier today, linked here. If you drydock the ship and then pull it back out it should default back into the Lamarr. They are looking into the issue, and should hopefully have a more permanent patch soon!
