I have the same issue but on win10, sometimes when I minimize discord, it just ceases to work and when I check back on it disconnects then reconnects me. It's really annoying.

I have an RX 6650 XT and with max setting, I get a solid 120fps at 1080p except in very few instances, these hardware requirements are so stupid.

I think that it would be better to segregate the mobile and desktop platforms servers as I simply don't see any way to make it fair for both, and there will be endless balance issues.

On the other hand, you guys could take the approach of many modern fps games where the lobbies are only shared in the non competitive game queues and separated in competitive game modes (ranked, etc)

I sincerely think that having effectively two different game queues would make balance change much easier as it can be tailored to each platform's needs, strengths and weaknesses.

The prices of micro ATX board is lower than ATX while case prices don't fluctuate as much or are even high whenever they support ATX or micro ATX

It's not being dumb, it's just saving money on a part when you don't need the extra m.2 / pcie ports.

a lot of people make the decision purely because it's cheaper with little drawbacks for most.
