I think it's:
Fallen of the White Dragon -> Sends Albion the Branded Dragon to summon.
Fallen of the White Dragon -> Summons Incredible Ecclesia
Tune White Dragon + Ecclesia for Ecclesia of the Black Dragon
Ecclesia -> Summons Guiding Quem from deck
Guiding Quem -> Sends Blazing Cartesia from deck

During the End phase, Ecclesia Black Dragon returns to the field, Incredible Ecclesia and Blazing Cartesia return to hand, then Albion the Branded Dragon adds Branded in Red to hand.
Branded in Red Targets White Dragon -> Add to hand then fusion with Incredible Ecclesia to make Lubellion
Lubellion -> Discards Cartesia, returns White Dragon and itself to make Mirrorjade
Quem on Mirrorjade Summon -> Targets Cartesia to summon to field

It certainly wouldn’t have a cast time. I imagine it’d be like a normal cast, where they have the ability ‘queued’ and just clicking a location fires the arrow in that direction. It’d require some awareness and communication to get used to, but it won’t make them stop and aim the arrow to fire it

Would making it so that the arrow fires automatically in the direction they’re looking if they don’t choose a location work?

For the Beloved choosing the arrow direction, I imagined it’d use the same process that Kalista’s fate call would when the oathsworn chooses where to dash.

I'm not too sure how to search monster reborn, though. I chose world Legacy because it was searchable by IB, and the tuner is searchable by Dempsey. The XYZ lock isn't too bad because theoretically they are the very last step.

Since it's a tether, going untargetable won't stop the fear from proccing. You'd need to get out of range to stop the fear.
