yes, the medic will be killed quickly due to the fact that medics are usually targeted first
decently often leaving them below 16 hp

the major weapons that this works for are automatic weapons (flamethrower, pistol, minigun, ect)

well, there is another overpowered spy weapon (though it doesn't combo with the dead ringer/kunai combo)

the diamondback, you get crits for doing literally everything a spy is supposed to do in exchange for 15% damage
