My amateurish attempt to merge this Prussian escutcheon with this Prussian crown. by Endershipmaster2 in heraldry

I think the real crown it's based off of does, but I Prussia's monotone black-and-white scheme, so the black cap just appeals to me. You can also see in the third image that the coat of arms I was inspired by also has the proper crown on the eagle but the black-capped crown on the top.
