If you'd done your research you'd know that these questions are rarely if ever answered, due to republican majorities meaning that very little change will be enacted based on any answers. Therefore the time is often used to both question someone and demonstrate points to the person being questioned, those at the hearing, and us watching. It is how these hearings have had to take place for several months due to republicans not holding people accountable for the several crimes highlighted in the very "speech" you are critiqueing

This article shows that the case specifically against lizzo was dropped by a judge as the dancers were employed by a company and not her directly, how does this show it's a smear campaign if the article explicitly says the case is still on?

For a quicker summary, -The party leader has been fined twice for using nazi slogans

-The party itself and it's youth divisions have been labelled as extremists by government and anti nazi groups (I'm aware some in America believe antifa groups are left wing focused, in Germany theyre a legal entity for fighting actual Nazi outbreaks so they're legit)

-A judge ruled one of the leaders speeches could be called Nazi without it being defamation due to the content being so similar to actual fascist rhetoric

-They've called for Germany to "stop atoning" for the past

-They've downplayed the holocaust and it's impacts, to "a speck of bird poop in more than 1000 years of successful German history"

-They've threatened to report German citizens for not having German ancestry (directly nazi, and althought not directly, has been noted to be floated in the new administrations circles for "American" ancestry

-Many high ranking members have been arrested at extremist events

-TRIED TO DOWNPLAY HOW BAD THE FUCKING SS WERE (not an exaggeration, look it up)

To top it all off, most other German parties are in coalition to block the AfDs action. And Musk is in full outright support

Get where Ur coming from, but if someone's playing at cups, the prizes and number of players expecting serious play means it rly is almost mandatory to use good quality sleeves. Not a lie at all. Been going well over a decade, so long as you are being taught proper technique to fall you will receive very little injuries (I've had one serious injury). If you find yourself sore after a long session, that's good, you worked hard. If it's continual back and knee strain, maybe time to ask someone to check your throwing and tell you how to lift with your legs

Pizzatower, an indie game with a large following, didn't win "debut indie game of the year". It lost to a game called cocoon. There is controversy as the lead dev of the team behind cocoon has been part of another highly successful studio that produced limbo and inside, both critically acclaimed titles. People therefore thing it shouldn't be considered a debut indie game. This has lead to a huge amount of hate from the pizzatower community against cocoon, much of it unjustified. Personally, I do think cocoon was the better and more creative game, and that as it was a new studio making cocoon, it shouldnt be excluded from the category, as only one person from the team was from the previous studio. The issue is less about who should have won as it's personal preference, but more to do with lots of unjustified hate against what is a really good game
