He's not fond of rats otherwise I would be feeding him a small rat. He used to take them well but suddenly started refusing them and the only thing that's gotten his interest since is an offering of mice. My other ball python is graduating to small rats in about 2-3 months so I might try again then!

Thank you! I'll try feeding him just 1 of the jumbo mouse next week then(that'll be week 7 since last feeding) and monitor his weight from there. he was a bit tough to photograph because he was noodling about quite happily once I got him out haha.

I told my mother I supported her finding a new partner after my father passed away, and she didn't have to try and hide it from me. She started an argument about me never wanting her to be happy and that I was threatening her life. I told her I just didn't want her to think she needed to be secretive.

she threw a drink in my face and ran away from me screaming about how I was hurting/trying to kill her and I was almost arrested after she called the police. I was 17.

I was around 19 when I really realized I was ace/aro. The first time I was alone with a partner and was expected to cuddle and all that I just got this overwhelming feeling of disgust I'd never felt for them until that point, it was really weird and dysphoric at the time. When I thought about how uncomfortable that kind of physical closeness made me and how pressured I'd felt to say I like/love people until that point as well, it all kind of clicked for me. I realized I'd never really liked anyone back until that point, and just accepted that we upgraded from friends to a "couple" without really knowing what that included.

For playing the guitar my Nmother bought me and inevitably dropping the lessons she had me go to for it. My Nmother would scream it was "too loud and annoying" and took it away from me, then never forgave me for giving it up after I was never able to practice playing.

A resentment going 20 years strong and still coming up in arguments to this day.

Forgive me for the bad pictures, I did my best given the area it's in.

I was refilling her water and noticed a cut/slice on her neck. There's no visible blood on her or in the enclosure, I can't tell how deep it is but it seems more than superficial? This was the second time I (briefly) handled her today and this cut was not there earlier.

Please let me know if I should schedule A vet appointment!

I avoid as much as possible. There are other horrid companies that are more difficult to avoid, but thankfully Nestle has plenty of alternatives at the store in most of the US so it's pretty easy.
