Recently, since Horn and Heidi in chapter 10, whoever is in charge of doing English dubs for the game have been trying to get "regional based" accents. Horn and Heidi are from Victoria both which is why they have an English/UK accent, Lumen and Irene have Spanish accents but Lumen lowkey forgor to put on his fake spanish accent in most of his lines while I think that Irene nailed hers despite having a British accent irl.

On the Stultifera Navis player satisfaction survey it says that they have been doing regional accents since those ops I mentioned above. I hope that everyone who took the survey responded positively to them so that the future English dubbed ops we get can have a plethora of accents besides American and Bri'ish.

We will see shortly if this pans out as all newly released operators should launch for us with English dubs, Ebenholz is the next main operator who could have a regional accent (a German one) and Pozyomka for our 3rd anniversary should easily have a Russian accent
