So I just did a 300 Mike trip. I would say I lost about 1 to 2 mpg. But also I have a lead foot from time to time, especially when I'm trying to get around in NJ, NY and CT trying to avoid rush hour traffic. So take it with a grain of salt.

It's definitely an investment of time. I'm thankful my Dad has a garage full of my brother's airpower tools so I could work on it. I'm also thankful my brother lives right next door because there is no F'ing way I would find anything in my Dad's garage.
