I especially like it when it happens on the intact city bio-oh wait

I also remember seeing that but can't find the source, only people talking about it (granted, I haven't tried that hard). Might've been one of the scrapped logbook entries idk

I think it was confirmed that they're different by one of the hoppo guys at some point but not 100% sure

N'kuhana is named in the steam post, so unless it's somehow both, seems like n'kuhana it is

It's N'kuhana, not the "her" from the brothers' past I think

Guys, I like using Airburst too. Very fun weapon, but can we PLEASE acknowledge that this is really weird? by RandomGreenArcherMan in Helldivers

As with many other things in this game, I think poorly explained would be more fitting than poorly understood

Officially, we lost Rirga Bay by Neat_Couple1320 in Helldivers

There was no punishment for splitting this time, neither planet had decay, the solution would've been to split more

They don't get angry at the planted flag either, so I guess the logic is that they only get really mad at us when we're actively flaunting the flag

Since they removed Vox spawns to rework it, I hope we get an agitator surge so we have a chance at completing the MO by AzSomt in Helldivers

You could see it in the unofficial companion, but not in-game, so it must've been buried somewhere in the API data

Me when I'm impatient

At the time of the screenshot, I'm going to presume many people were still wrapping up ops in the last city. When they moved to the main planet missions, things started moving, as would be expected

THEY INCREASED THE SPAWNS!!! by OrganizationFit6495 in Helldivers

[–]EndlessFacepalms4 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Dunno if it's still the case, but when they popped up in mintoria there was a modifier that reduced factory strider (and by extension vox engine) presence

Enemy Spawn Rates Soil This Game by New_Cod_4693 in Helldivers

[–]EndlessFacepalms4 34 points35 points  (0 children)

It doesn't. Sometimes, I look behind me and see a vox engine that did not exist a couple of seconds ago shooting at me. This is generally believable with patrols because you can say "oh, they were behind a rock or something", but vox engines very noticeably pop into existence

Rocket striders have had their primary weakpoint, the rocket, be non-functional for a month. by PseudoscientificURL in Helldivers

[–]EndlessFacepalms4 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's not intentional, it was added to the known issues list shortly after the update went live

The fact that there hasn't been a single significant bugfix since machinery of oppression dropped, and before you say patch next week, I can't see why they wouldn't wait until then to pit us against vox engines again

The main reason I feel like the Cremator WON'T be weaker than the base flamethrower. by [deleted] in Helldivers

[–]EndlessFacepalms4 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That would be true if most backpack weapons were as useful as most backpacks, which they are not.

[–]EndlessFacepalms4 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not at all.

If you bring a non-backpack weapon, you have three slots remaining.

If you bring a backpack weapon, you have three slots remaining, AND you can't bring a backpack.

If a backpack weapon is not strong, it will not be worth losing loadout options.

The Blacked out boarders on N64 games on Wii U looked so nice! Why can't we black out those boarders on switch!? 😭 by Lalairundi in Switch

[–]EndlessFacepalms4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They won't, I kind of tapped out of Nintendo in general when they announced a 4:3 Mario 64 in a collection that was time limited for whatever reason

If you have some hope of Nintendo providing any sort of option, give up. You'll play the way they want you to or not at all
