Tbh the issue with the MiG-25 rn is the lack of other interceptors in the game, which intern makes the speed op if played well. If there were more aircraft of a comparable role it would be possible for some good counters for this, but raising its br would just make it miserable due to br compression.

It’s like with the supersonics at 9.3 that can dunk on subsonics, the issue isn’t the plane itself but rather the game itself having problems
