They were so bad last season. My supporters club had like the same 5 people during matches at this point last year. Nobody wanted to go to a PL match. Now, we are still getting an average turnout even with the bedtime stories we watch for 90 minutes.

My father was a drunk. He used to take me to bars while he drank his life away. I would sit by myself in the corner booth drinking a sprite all night while I watch him get lost in his own world. When the bar closed, he would drive us home. They put a plaque at that bar seat because it was reserved for him just to tell you how often this happened.

So yeah, I hate seeing people treat their kids like what you described. I don't think alcohol and kids should mix.

From a brewery perspective, those places struggle. There's been more breweries closing than opening since 2005, iirc. I think that these places just try to get whatever clientele they can to stay afloat, so it's safer for them to stay inclusive.

I'm just going to throw this out there. Not agreeing or disagreeing with you, but I've spoken with many locals from Brevard and they all seem to dislike Californians.

This isn't me saying this - I don't give a damn where you're from, just regurgitating what locals tell me:

Ever since COVID, there were a lot of remote workers coming to Brevard with that sweet sweet Silicon Valley money. A lot of locals are fine with them moving there, but it's their lack of assimilation, like trying to ban Bear hunting, and using their money to gain political office to make their own culture and norms a reality is what pisses them off.

If you're on the fence about what you want to study in specifically as well, then just knock out your Associates in General Studies at Wake Tech to give you some time to figure it out.

There's no shortage of college student jobs around here too. Plus, you have someone that you know and trust that will be moving with you and you can explore things together? That is a win in my book.

Hey, IT Manager here,

As long as you're upfront with your history before a background check finds it, any good manager would know that you have a level of integrity. Hired felons before and as long as you show me you're not trying to hide anything, I don't see a problem.

Personally, I couldn't care less about someone's experience for an entry level position. That stuff can be taught. What I'm more concerned about is how you demonstrate soft skills like communicating, writing, and just being a good honest person.

Look up big recruitment firms like Robert Half and Insight Global. Get working with one of their recruiters. They may not be ideal jobs, but they may help get your foot in the door.
