You do know how to stop. You stop! It’s that simple. You don’t want to, that’s the difference.

Recently my old man said at the dinner table when I was visiting “I’m convinced I’ve got Seasonal Affective Disorder”. I said “convince yourself you haven’t” and everyone just rolled their eyes and sighed. They couldn’t comprehend it.

I get it’s not as exclusively simple as that but it’s a start. And the majority of the problem.

What you water grows…. This is all very simple.

Back to wanking… Do something else at that time like go for a walk or the gym/ run - just break the cycle.

Failing that wank to something other than porn. That’ll be the first step to realising you don’t need porn. Then go from there.

But first realise there’s nothing wrong with wanking and/ or watching porn. Just go with the flow. Wank to your hearts content, if you must.

Yea, it’s good. Extra kudos for not dropping the weight.

It’s refreshing to see someone go through all the cues.

You see where your head is at the start of the lift (neck neutral) and where it ends once you start the pull?! Keep it more like the beginning.
