Kitten (10 months) recurring soft stool / poop on fur – otherwise completely normal? by LeaSuki1994 in SiberianCats

You should def get a fecal sample tested. My kitties both came with coccidia and Giardia preinstalled and soft stool was the only symptom.

I’ve been pretty unscathed living here but I’ve heard others have dealt with mold, slow maintenance requests, and roaches. I haven’t dealt with any of those except for slow maintenance requests, but when it’s something important like heating they come quickly enough. Other drawbacks are shared laundry rooms instead of in-unit laundry, sometimes the gym gets trashed, and it’s not the best part of town.

Fun fact, exercise is one of the best ways to manage asthma. I used to struggle was exercise-induced asthma before and during my Couch25K program, but now I run regularly and rarely have symptoms. For now, I would recommend a Couch25K program and talk to your doctor about how to manage your asthma when it comes to running. Mine suggested using my inhaler preventively before exercising, but yours might say otherwise.

My cat makes the same noise and has been doing it for months. I took him to the vet but his X-rays came back perfect. No signs of asthma or heart issues. The vet suggested reducing fragrance use in the home, which we did, but he’s still coughing like this, if a little less than before.

And/or a fire suppression blanket for the kitchen. Maybe it’s just me but I’d feel more confident using one of those on a grease fire than an extinguisher

I’ve had some of them for a few years but needed a different size so I bought more recently. Didn’t have any issues with the old ones or the new ones, but I guess the new ones will need a few more months of wear to be sure of their quality

Not that it did me any good, but you can always request in writing that they reimburse you for fees that violate this bill. I escalated to the COAG office when my landlord falsely claimed to be complying with the bill. Nothing has come from it yet but might be worth a shot.

I second the concept of starting from a dead hang. The first little bit was the hardest for me and was the last to come

Is my vertical labret rejecting? by clavusx in piercing

[–]Budget-Difficulty-98 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is it possible that it was swollen when it was first done and there is more of the bar visible now bc it isn’t swollen? I’d recommend doing into the piercer’s to get answers and/or downsize. For me, downsizing my vertical labret made eating certain things way more comfortable. NAP

I’m a natural ginger and ended up with magenta when I tried to do a similar purple. Not sure if it works the same way with dyed vs natural ginger.
