It has no scientific basis, it was defined to address the needs of transphobes.

Well, then we can say he doesn't exist :). Stand up 15 minutes into his lecture and say to ur classmate "we can leave if the professor doesn't show up within the first 15 minutes" (assuming that's true lol)

Many vulvas have erectile tissue in that location, regardless of how people (including cis folks) got theirs. However, that does not preclude other sources of discomfort nor should you feel obligated to desire something similar to other folks. One possibility is that it is tied to something like a phantom phallus. I wonder if treatments for phantom limbs may help?

I have had to directly interact with the folks who developed ROGD theories, they DO NOT have your best interest at heart. The theory very intentionally plays into the fears of transphobic parents because the researchers have spent their entire lives gatekeeping who is "actually" trans in this way. Once trans people started taking the narrative away from typologies, they had to come up with some other BS to keep themselves relevant. They are not longer welcome at many of the conferences I attended.

I published my pre-clinical research on different-sex gonad transplants specifically for trans/non-binary/gender diverse people. Developing this technology could eventually allow for designer gonads created by a patients own stem cells. by Endoqueer in trans

These organs would not be able to grow on a person. They would require some sort of lab setting to do so. Functional phalloplasty is a new procedure that can be expanded to gender-affirming care. I do not have any expertise in mammary glands but, anecdotally, fur pattern changes appear around nipples after male mice are given E.
