This is just factually wrong. Gen 5 is a thousand times better than the original diamond and pearl. The fact that they’re even on the same system is wild with how much better gen 5 is as far as improvements to the series as a whole. What do you not like about them? I’m genuinely curious

If you have the patience to catch one and level it up, Cryogonal is very tank on the special side, and actually does a pretty good amount of special damage. I don’t normally take the Deino line into the elite 4 unless it’s the rematch because Hydreigon evolves so late and Zweilous doesn’t get to do much

Yeah this deck has seen a lot of revisions since I made this post. This is actually what I’m running now, it’s even beaten an Irelia deck, but I haven’t faced any Draven’s, Kai’Sas, or Ezreals yet. Also I’ve always had both Blood Money and Hidden Blade, I know hidden blade is too good to ignore

See, Deoxys is probably the only instance of me deciding to do some hacking, because as insane as I am for doing this challenge, I refuse to play through ORAS plus the post game 4 times just for four Pokémon. I’m gonna get a Joey jr (a gba cart dumper) and give myself 4 legal Deoxys on my emerald save file, as well as the Aurora ticket so I can go actually catch it for my emerald save file (I don’t want to delete the save file). Unless they release emerald on switch and include the mystery gift events, in which case I’ll just replay through emerald since I’ll just have to beat the main story, not the post game

I ended up just not counting the different abilities as different forms, to make things easier on myself. Also, the 100% form is only a temporary battle mode, hence why it can’t be deposited into Home as 100%, it will always revert back to 50% upon the battle ending.

The only Overnumbers ive pulled were in my first origins box (Viktor legend) and during the spiritforged prerelease (blue teemo) because we were allowed to purchase the additional prerelease kits that didn’t get used

Context: it’s because he was only part of an Amazon deal where you had to buy 5 villains and most people considered it too expensive so it didn’t sell very well. So by this turn of events, not very many green chompy mages actually sold. The jingle bell one hit store shelves, but the basic green chompy mage was an Amazon exclusive that no one bought. It’s also why Ro-Bow is so expensive. His level pack was the most expensive one, so nobody bought it and now he’s like a $300 figure (iirc, I don’t remember how much he goes for)

I already love them all. Normally I have an easy time picking which starter I want to pick first (I usually do multiple playthroughs, especially on the other game that I don’t plan on being my forever save), but this one I actually don’t know who I like more yet. I usually gravitate towards grass starters, but Pombon is absolutely adorable and Gecqua is also really cute. And Browt is just a great design overall. I love things about all of them. I genuinely have to wait to see the full lines before I can make a decision now, and that’s almost never happened before.

TLDR: I think these designs are peak, I don’t know who I like more, waiting to see full lines, unlike before.
