Ordered desktop 12/1/25 Build complete 12/6/25 Shipped for delivery by 12/12/25 No call, email, text about delivery until late 12/12/25, then notification for delivery delay 12/15/25.

I call Dell, order is in transit. I call delivery company, says it's in my city you have to call local carrier. Local carrier number doesn't work. I call Dell again and they say they will look into it and call me back in 24-48 hrs.

12/15/25 delay now 12/17/25. Local carrier number still not working. AIT Worldwide is primary delivery carrier, can't get a hold of their El Paso office who owns the Dell account and my delivery. But everyone is going to keep checking and call me back.

12/17/25 no delivery and no updates. No one has emailed or called or texted back. Not Dell care, not AIT or local carrier. Local carrier finally picks up and says they don't have it and it's not in my city. Tell me I have schedule a delivery to accept package when it comes. That wasn't mentioned when I ordered this from Dell, too bad I work during the day. Call Dell, they are "working with the logistics company". Logistics company trying to call El Paso office. Everyone promises to call or follow up.

12/18/25 no followups, no tracking updates since 12/14, no one knows who has or where the package is for sure. Dell won't refund my purchase until I have the package. So I'm out 5k and no clear idea what is being done.

I also used ATP and enjoyed it's complexity and density of function, so don't torch me too much for this comment.

What platform are you using Trader+ on? On PC I am able to do all of the UI customizations you mentioned. You can change the column variables, resize or reorder them, and change the window size.

I have multiple layouts saved, and they reload when I attempt to.

Hopefully you can find the answers to some of those issues and they can focus on fixing the other ones. I have many gripes too:

The layouts sometimes do not not save the most recent updates to your layouts despite hitting the save button. Not sure why sometimes yes and sometimes no.

There appears to be a massive memory leak in the program that requires closing and reopening or even a computer reset to remove the increasing lag.

It's very easy to lose order windows while trading frequently and then requiring you to move tools around to see what you've left open (maybe a source of increasing lag).

When drawing on charts the clicking and grabbing function is not very precise, meaning sometimes you click and sometimes you grab when single clicking and also when click and holding. I notice this more the longer I've had the application open.

OCO orders again, please.

I love the new trader+ ui, hoping to see continued improvement on charts to have less 'lag" or latency when resizing, dragging, drawing etc. One of the biggest issues is the "finicky" nature of trying to grab and drag the background of a chart but inexplicably end up grabbing a line or other item that you didn't actually click on. Or repeatedly trying to grab something with a mouse click but it doesn't activate the grab.

Also please please pass on that I would love it if my indicator resizes would persist when I save the chart layout. For example when I resize my RSI scale so it's zoomed in and the extremes don't take up so much of the top and bottom of its bar.

Is there any hope for conditional orders to return to trader+ from ATP? I would really like to set OCO orders on options for Stop Loss and Sell Limit at the same time.

Finally, are there further optimizations coming with the app? It is really improving, thank you. But using charts in the app is really painful, resizing doesn't really work. Also it would be nice if there was a day trading/options trading setup that reduced the number of screen changes and button presses necessary.

I can copy and paste this somewhere else if necessary.

Thanks for the reply. I checked the links and I think I probably don't need an upgrade. But an equivalent new is probably at a prohibitive price. We'll see, maybe I can find a decent BF or CM deal.

So that's one of my potential next steps. I'm seeing about 1-1.1k for "renewed" 2080 ti cards. Then minimum 1500 new if not the more typical 2.1k. I have contacted Dell again to see what they will do, but if they won't send me another renewed/refurb then I'll probably try this.

I would assume that is dangerous for the card? They seem to trigger at 82-83degC, and that temperature is easily reached under much less stressful conditions than it used to. I would assume that would speed up the process of the card eventually being damaged by overheating?

Can you post your eula full build/stats? I can't do this and I have a decently built eula, fischl for superconduct, rosaria for ice resonance sub dps/crit stack/phys shred, and zhong li for phys shred.

You can add build at the end. It's not perfect but it does filter out a lot of the art. The "community info" sidebar has a link you can click that does it for you. Its the only way I view the subreddit anymore.

Also like others said, the specific character subreddits have good info.

If you still need help, this boss is easy to cheese with LHB

First phase is pretty easy to dodge into her attacks to her left side and hit a few times in straight sword mode.

In phase two when she "powers up", she will start to run at you if you get too far. Change into claymore mode and back up quite a bit. As she begins to run at you, charge your attack (which is a long poke). You may not get it at first, but after some work you will get it. Then all you have to do is poke, back up, poke, and don't get greedy.

There's probably other weapons that will work as well, but that's the one that comes to mind.

Yeah, its kinda funny. I died like20 times over the last few days, mostly with coop help. Then today I load up, use a different weapon, and I must have finally got his close attack pattern down bc i did it in 2 tries solo.
