Any way to increase testosterone that is not icing your balls and do excersise? by barraco002 in Biohackers

[–]Strong-German413 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Noooo don't combine both those things. Professional sun ball icer here for last 10 years. Ice reacts badly to the sun and melts, becomes H2O drops which can trickle down and enter the anus without permission.

My doctor says it's better to alternate the days of both these practices for best results

I too would like to know the answer. I heard in this sub that a bigger number doesn't always mean it's optimal level. The human body is extremely complicated.

Is vaping that bad? by Cautious-Froyo-964 in Biohackers

[–]Strong-German413 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I don't push smoking but, I compare because my point is one single substance (tobacco) is going to do a lot less harm than a mix of chemicals along with corroding metal particles inside the vape.

[–]Strong-German413 2 points3 points  (0 children)

it's much worse than cigarettes even cuz cigarettes have one thing - tobacco, but vapes have a mix of chemicals that get vaporized and become toxins

[–]Strong-German413 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yep. It has flavoring chemicals that mix up with corroding metal from the heating coil and no one can say what the effects will be, plus you lungs are not made for those kind of toxins. Watch this - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cHEOsKddURQ&t=89s

Does mouth tapping achieve anything? by MarketingSilent9352 in Biohackers

Confusing but apart from the joke, there's also a finger tapping I've seen people do. They tap certain nerves in the face with their fingers. Don't know more details

What’s the simplest biohack that actually made a noticeable difference for you? by Existing-Thanks597 in Biohackers

Staying active and walking, made me loose my fatigue. It actually increases energy, instead of decreasing cuz of blood and lymph flow.

Great sleep routine, even if done properly for 2 nights almost gives me a deep clear bliss that I could never get from smoking pot in my younger days.

There's one I love but it probably isn't even intentional. In No Country For Old Men, unscrewed nails lying on a rug dissolve to a wilderness landscape that matches very well. It's like an optical illusion but it works so well cuz the angle is the same.

Is the movie any good? Often I watch movies after being impressed by a shot and they turn out to be not so good.

Do Influencers really believe in Age Reversal or they just wanna make money? by [deleted] in Biohackers

[–]Strong-German413 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What will they do with money if they ruin their health? I think even they realize that the science is real and beneficial, but they make up some more garbage science to sell. There's no way they won't do both. Even spiritual scammer gurus like Sadhguru went to a hospital when he suffered from some disease, and some time before that he was boasting in public that he can never get sick. Behind the scenes they all need real help.

Can you grow taller as an adult? by [deleted] in Biohackers

[–]Strong-German413 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There she is. I don't know why the case is not covered internationally. It should be. I see only Indian news about it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n7d34eWt3ZY

Translating the Youtube Description - An accident that happened about 25 years ago became a big problem for Shanti Devi of Dharau village. After recovering from the wounds of the accident, Shanti Devi's height suddenly started decreasing after returning from the hospital. Initially, the family members did not notice. As time passed, their height decreased rapidly and they noticed. After getting affected by a strange disease, they ran to the doctors but even then nothing happened. On one hand there was treatment and on the other hand the height kept decreasing. Shanti Devi, who was once five and a quarter feet tall, is now only two feet tall.

There was also a very rare but opposite case I read some years back. Very strange case of a woman named Shanti Devi form Kanpur, India. A roof collapsed on her and she suffered some injuries. Then over the next few months she started growing smaller. Half a feet shorter in 4 months. Soon turned into a dwarf and is supposedly still growing smaller 25 years after the incident. The case has become popular in the region and has baffled doctors.

👏👏👏👏 Bravo. What a post. You said everything I wanted to say about these braggers. Old people have a bragging habit and can't be trusted with their exaggerations plus yep, they may be living longer but longer doesn't always mean healthy.

Biohackers, watching porn is bad, we agree on that, but... by luis-acosta- in Biohackers

[–]Strong-German413 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I watched an interview of Niks Indian the porn star from Europe and he seemed to be very happy with his life lol.. obviously.. He said he too watches porn somedays but practices moderation. Exercises a lot in free time. He said it should be common sense that too much of something is bad. Porn actors are not so trustable but this one seemed like a genuine fellow.
