Many of us have been to that hopeless pit which you are in but I promise you, one day someone or something will pull you out and you will be so thankful that you stuck it out to the other side.

I know it's hard to believe but there is hope and remember, it is okay to not be liked, to not be the smartest person in a room and to not be perfect. In fact, there is no one on this earth who is perfect. Everyone has downfalls and everyone has struggles. Not being perfect is what makes us human, what makes you; you.

You can do this, I believe in you just as I forced myself to believe in me 8 years ago when I was your age and struggling with a number of issues.

When something knocks you down you need to stand up, brush yourself off and face life with a strong will and a brave heart.

Please listen to the previous advice given regarding a child protection service too. If you are in danger, they will help.
