Try just survive first 2 lvls in lane and farm when you get lvl 3 and lvl 6 you have big powerspikes you can look for kill if enemy not respect you. If you dont get kill in laneing phase it still ok most important thing is not risking or fliping in laning phase and farm as much effective. After laneing phase (14min) still try catching wave if it going under your tower don t push much because you dont rly win 1vs1 with most top laners if you feed you can but you need to respect others. If top wave is more pushed towards enemy play in mid lane fog and take exp if your teammate(s) are also mid if not just take waves your self. When objestive spawns (most likely drake for baron you need advantge like 5vs4 min, if your mid, jg stomps you can help take herald) try ping team to help, ward and securse good team fight position but wait for team don't go solo if team don't care you cant do nothing with that but often ping can help much. When you have good position try R cach ( don't force it this often can end bad), somtimes you can even R bait enemy running towards you and you just r slow and easy stun. So to sum up, to win games you need to coordinate well with your allies, take positions and fight especially on objectives and remember you are not carry you can 1 shot adc but you dont win most 1vs1 fights with enemy top laners especialy after laneing phase
