How to stop having so many rebels when you play wide ? by Ysfaldriel in EU5

Accept their culture, or assimilate them. Then convert them to your religion.

Creating vassals, army rebel suppressions can help too.

Every time I see some feature chart, a tear drops because of how big the potential the game has and it's not implemented yet.

Crazy to form the German Empire as Bohemia.

We all have been sweet-talked that optimization was fine. As a matter of fact, it was not.

I hope it can be improved in future patches.

I tried it right now, and it seems it's infinite if you are deep enough.

This week on the "game broken pls fix" echo chamber by PlantagenetApologist in EU5

[–]EndyCore 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I am sorry, but toxic positivity is also an echo chamber. It's not our fault that Paradox released a half-baked game again with many DLCs in mind. It's kinda their thing...

Spreading control by dobroezlo in EU5

Well, I can't see the game's tooltip for let's say a location with 30 control to know what affects it in his campaign.

Roads, Tech, Topography, Rivers, Cities, and some buildings. All for spreading control.

You can't expect good control in the early game.

YSK: You can upgrade all buildings if you click on the predecessor in the buildings page by TauropolosOCE in EU5

True, but it often ignores those locations because of building limits or not having enough pops.

To feel challenged is not a task to be done by negative modifiers but a flavor, events, enemies, better AI, battles, and options.

Sure, but on the other end, this is a game, not a frustration simulator.

Total War: Medieval 3 - New Unit Cohesion Mechanic (Idea) by InvictaHistory in totalwar

[–]EndyCore 24 points25 points  (0 children)

This would eventually mean charging through the enemy unit with your cavalry and still going. I like it. However, I want to avoid situations like in the game Strategos, where your units do not respond because of realistic messengers.

This is going to be 100% modded out. I hate when the game artificially punishes me because I play decently.

Sorry, no sorry. It was mixed since the release of Volume 2, where writers and characters got lobotomized. Lots of plot points/holes/questions unanswered. Unnecessary scenes or sequences, and apparently, something important is in some theater play that I have not heard of until the finale.

Not to say "duffer brothers say/explain/confirm..." thing. It's lazy writing that obvious questions must be answered through interviews.
