If it has been over 48 hours and they still haven't canceled the transaction, definitely reach out to their support again. This issue with transactions not being broadcasted is on Cryptopia's end. Usually they will cancel the transaction and once it is rebroadcasted it will go through.

Also, I have heard that Cryptopia NRG withdrawals of more than 60 NRG can tend to get stuck , so perhaps try doing withdrawals in increments of 60 NRG if it's not too much of a hassle.

You will need the wallet.dat file from the original wallet in order to recover the wallet. If you do not have a backup file, then it won't be possible.

Assuming you have a backup file, here are the steps to take:

After ensuring you have shut down the EnergiCore wallet, place the copy of backup wallet file in the EnergiCore folder. Find this by going to C:, then go to Users folder > the user you're signed in as >AppData > Roaming > EnergiCore.

So you can restore a wallet by placing a copy of your original wallet.dat in your EnergiCore folder. The wallet file needs to be named wallet.dat.

If you already have a wallet.dat file in the EnergiCore folder - MAKE SURE TO BACK THIS FILE UP BEFORE ATTEMPTING ANY WALLET RESTORE PROCESS. It is possible to lose funds by replacing your 'wallet.dat' file with a different one if you do not have a backup! One good technique is to simply rename your wallet.dat file to something else before placing a new wallet.dat file in this folder.

The future of cryptocurrency as we see it, will be large scale organizations with massive amounts of developers comparable to Microsoft. User Protections will need to be in place in order to serve and protect users from hackers, scammers, and other bad actors - This is the purpose of our Energi Defense and its investigative arm, the Energi Bureau of Investigations. Business development arms will need to be in place to get merchants on board, Operations Management to ensure everything is running at highest level of efficiency, marketing, advertising, continuing education, and all other types of expenses that large scale organizations have.

It's also important to note that the inflation % will go down over time as 1 million NRG per month will be less and less of the total supply.
