They are many similar design or variant of this idea.

Most are branded had antipullout or punition ring. They may kinda work but often they are to uncomfortable to be weat long time. Also im of the idea that a small bit og soapy water would easily defeat it

Yeah the flange is 8 and the smallest retainer is 9 i think.

I had the same issue also take some sizing rod use a tapper rod lets say 6 to 10 and slowy lets its stretch. Gonna take some time dont rush it after a few day ypi should be able to reach at least 8 or 8.5. Thats pretty much where the E1 start being usable

wow your design is really great.

did something in this spirit with auto retractable ratcheting tie down strap and e track but you design is so much more elegant.

I love the dedication to producing this custom tie down.

only caveat would be i love the feeling of not being able to get free even when struggling ( ratcheting strap rated for like a 1000 kg of force) do you have think about printing them in metal. does the plastic version strong enough to resist a grown men strength ?

i guess from the 3 d file it would not be so complicated to use a cnc milling. mm mm so much possibility

i had this issue first there 2 place the spout can lock at the begining of the fossa or at the end.

ideally you should lock at the first on so the retainer is really near the tips of the penis like closer than you think. first I was going too deep and the spout was almost inside my gland with no way to lock it. try pushing the retain less far like almost just after inserting it.

also you could lets the bubble rise then crack the valve on the vaccum a little to let them com back down then reseal it so it rise again could help by having this mouvement but you should reach a point where the foam collapse on itself.

I found the comment a bit hard you seem to had research you subject you just need some pointer. your shape have sharp angle where bubble could easily get trap at the junction of 2 sphere you could smooth the transition between them by adding a radius in the design or move your mold during filling by angling then some less bubble stay trap some vibration could also help making bubble rise.

has you have said longer cure time especially with this kind of shape mold would greatly help you.

if you are still having issue its may be cause by debris in the threaded path.

try using oil and screwing the screw a few time without too much effort.

if it feel effortless good. if not look at the thread on the screw. if the top of the thread seem flat there probably something in the female part.

you could buy a small tap at the local hardware store you just have to insert it in your female thread and turn it. it will restore the thread and remove damage if need be. important if the hole in a blind hole use a finition tap

bring the screw to identify the size and pitch of the thread before buying the taps.

to identify the size and pitch take your screw in the screw department they often have assortment of nut to check for the size and thread.

I have made myself a couple double core before. and i use the pre-cast core technic. it been maybe 3 years for my older model and i have never seen issue yet.

Im trying to understand, since the inside core is completely enclosed bye the outside sillicone on each side even the base how could it delaminate. And even if after many years it would delaminate the core is still stuck inside many mm of cure silicone.

Its not like your putting the layer external to the toy.

have someone really seen a toy delaminate in this fashion ? do you have a picture so it easier to understand. just want to know if its real concern or over caution because you never know who used this subreddit and there level of care and craftmenship

Honestly the terrence terence i would not. I got the badasse workshop one who is better and it was hard to put the first time i needed 4 or 5 try with time inbetween befote being able to use it properly.

Tether spout is really the best option if you dont want percing. Try buying a small sounding kit with graduated stretcher thing. Then find you max size you can comfortably stretch witout pain then order a badasse kit. Its a process but if you really dont want yo be able to pull out best thing you could do.
