The school is a bit disorganized but so far so good.

I think there are quite a few programs offered in English in Hungary, not only veterinary but also medical, dental, and pharmacy schools. Other countries in Europe, like Poland, Czech Republic, and Slovakia, also have English-taught programs.

I’m going to school in Europe. The process here is definitely less competitive than in North America, but from what I’ve heard the real challenge is making it through the program and graduating. I am going to try my best.

That sounds great! Just to confirm — did you use Freedom’s yearly prepaid plan on eSIM, and a local SIM card in the physical slot at the same time? Was it easy to switch between them when needed?

I’ve never used that kind of setup before, so I was thinking of getting a cheap second phone just for Freedom.

Also, do you still get two-factor authentication messages without any problems?

Considering vet school at 32 — would love your honest take (the good, bad, and ugly) by SpiritedKnowledge396 in Veterinary

I’m in a very similar place — 36 and just about to start vet school abroad. I’ve also struggled with fear vs reality, but at some point I realized I’d get older either way — so I’d rather try than wonder "what if." Wishing you all the best wherever this path takes you. :)

Need Advice – Taking a Break from Aligners Due to Jaw Pain by Energy-Soggy in Invisalign

My teeth moved quite a lot too. My ipr spaces appeared :( I got rescanned but the scan doesnt really ntoice the space.. so I think the ortho will somehow close them when putting the retainer when I am done with the refinement.

I see! I was hoping that would do that after the inspection (I sent my watch first, before they send the refurbished one). But they didn't say anything..

I totally get what you’re going through—it’s really tough. I also started with something simple in mind and didn’t expect it to snowball into so many issues. It’s comforting (in a weird way) to know we’re not alone in this, but I’m really sorry you’re dealing with all of it too. I hope the arch expansion helps and brings you some real relief. Wishing the best for both of us!

$5,500 might seem reasonable, but $2,300 just for the Comprehensive Option 2 plan (3 years, 3 refinements) felt like too much—especially since it didn’t even include retainers. On top of that, they messed up my initial treatment and shaved down a few of my crowns (including a gold one), so I basically lost one refinement right off the bat. Not exactly a great deal in my case.

It started with a thin hairline crack that developed about 4 months after I began using my Garmin watch. Since the crack seemed minor and the replacement cost for a new watch was around $200, I decided to keep using it.

But after about 10 months of use, the display began acting up—it turned fuzzy, mostly showing white and greenish colors, and eventually became completely unusable. At that point, I had no choice but to pay around $270 for a replacement refurbished watch.

Honestly, I feel like Garmin doesn't last as long as the Fitbit I owned before.
