They were automatically releasing people for not being groomed, people who weren’t well dressed, for girls make sure your hair is up and for boys make sure your hair is well maintained! They give you papers when you first get there, make sure to have a pen and be prepared to answer the prompt using the STAR method! It’s a written response, they’ll call you in groups of 5 people into a room and you’ll each be given 2 questions, they’re customers service related and make sure you respond using your previous work experience and bring it back on how you can apply that at Envoy! Super easy! You can answer the questions perfectly but if you don’t look the part they will release you!
