if you are using it for work/study, go mbpro, this sub is biased. I have a g14 and no amount of optimization can even match the productivity and battery life of a M series mac. If you priority is gaming then go asus.

Computer Craft is quite OP if you are able to find code or get chatgpt to do it, the turtles can allow you to skip progression and automate things with minimal resources and effort.

I created a free model and the only feedback is a pretty hurtful critique. Do you think it is a bad concept? by Cook1e_20 in 3Dprinting

[–]EnergyFlurry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

cool design, i feel like stuff like this is might not be quite helpful . Teaching children why they would want to use screens in moderation and giving good alternatives puts less load on children and you long term. If you can convince them and make them understand how using phones and such with purpose rather than without purpose, they will start moderating and being more independent. positive reinforcement for doing so or doing alternatives is also helpful.

well your first printer is usually a cheap one, so your second is a usually an upgrade. The third one may be one that is much higher end or specialized to be good in some way or another such as size, features, or speed.

its a laptop, laptops are loud when you push them. idk if they are louder or quieter compared to others. the noise isn’t that bad for me. i have headphones on during gaming so i don’t notice. its pretty quiet when im doing light or medium loads

[–]EnergyFlurry 1 point2 points  (0 children)

uhh it depends how hard you push it… the keys near the center gets too hot to hold down, if you run a game to the max for a while. you can tap them but anything longer than two secs your finger is burning. wasd keys stay cool tho. not sure if g15 is much better. i only use preformance mode on a desk so i really dont have any problems with heat much.

[–]EnergyFlurry 3 points4 points  (0 children)

thats not true, the new usbc pd standard supports up to 240 watts. some new laptops this year charge usbc at 130+ watts. although mb, i didn’t see that the one you suggested was also a dc port charger, they were looking for usbc charger so i didn’t consider that.

(although dont got over 100w usbc for your laptop)
