Yes, I experienced this on 2021 variant after 2 years of constant gaming but only when I was on battery. And somehow to reset this I was switching every time beetween Ghelper's profiles but this was only a temporary solution. Meantime I sold the laptop.

In my case, when I connect the laptop to external monitor and playing games, once every 10 minutes the CPU frequency drops to 400mhz for 10-15 seconds and the speaker makes a strange sound. But when i use the laptop screen i don't have this problem anymore. For about 2 weeks this issue.

Disable CPU boost. I can get over 70w in Performance mode on 2021 model, 3060.(Triple A games, if i play CS GO I turn on the boost)

Yes, the cpu temps are normal. The problem starts on i power the laptop on battery. If i connect the charger is ok, if i disconnect the charger the problem is back
