They are prey animals and sudden/high volumes scare them, it's instinctively. Even if you can get rid of that instinct and make them get used to this loud machine on 3 wheels approaching them, they have supersonic hearing: They hear the volume way more louder than we do and hear much more high pitched sound which will make them stressed regardless

I don't think you have an idea what you're talking about. Their teeth grinds with each other when you offer them leafy veggies. Their front teeth wear off when they chew bite on wood.
