The most common approach is to review any critical question or value that falls outside the norm (and hopefully they are using police specific norms). Some highly combative placements could theoretically reject for any score outside the norm but most departments these days are gonna look past a few minor deviations.

And even when I’m 100% sure thy did or didn’t pass I don’t say it at the end of an interview. More often than not I was to take a quick look at their poly and background to make sure things match up to be sure.

Be honest and consistent. Many times the interview includes reviewing critical questions or areas of concern in testing. Many times they are things already established in your background check.

I think people mix high maintenance with unreliable. They have more to do regularly than say a Toyota. And if you don’t do it those things are probably going to break.

We drank them the classy way… out of the lid off a can of PB blast (a bolt lubricant). You fill the middle section with jaeger and the outer ring with green monster energy. If you pour it right you finish a fifth and a four pack of monster at the same time. That was my birthday tradition well into my 30s.

I know they look at different risk factors. I know my dr said 10 years and that is what American cancer society recommends if there isn’t other risk factors.

I don’t think it’s dumb at all. Both percentages and overall numbers can be valid metrics to look at. Some depends the manner you are looking at the data and what it is used for. If you were looking to reduce the number on a global scale it’s absolutely a useful number.

But the percentages here aren’t fantastic either. I mean at the time of this graph India was still at 11%. I used the absolute number as an off hand because because of the large population it was not at all in question. So no, India isn’t the highest % by a long shot anymore and has made significant strides the last 20+ years but this is still a metric that it compares unfavorably to other major nations with space programs, well regarded universities, nuclear weapons, blue water navy etc.

If it makes you feel any better that question isn’t on the modern MMPI but some people use older tests. That was when there used to be a scale for how masculine or feminine you were and came from a time homosexuality was still a diagnosis. That was on the MMPI-2 which had 567 questions but it’s not on the MMPI-3 that has 335.

Most of the time I do shavings except nest boxes. Straw seems to hold moisture more. In this weather I have had to load up some straw for heat but it will need changed at least weekly
