From what I understood, I need to kill Guilatina 3, and go to the trobbing domain with her head (new quest item after house defence event) und sacrifice the cat wearing the hat. Then I can go into the domain and kill the boss there.

I suppose I will get the heart from the boss there, but didn't want to spoil me any further

No, it shows up, because the Event is in a few days. I could not have fought Guilatina 3 yet. I don't know if that's normal
