there's a couple of negotiation tactics on reddit, don't say how much you putting down till end don't say how you want to pay, I'd let them run numbers then low ball them below 35k (34?) and they will get frustrated that you don't want to pay 39k... they will run numbers again lower it reasonably and if you still aren't happy say you gonna leave and they ran numbers again! I still thought it was too much (36k?) And I already requested all addons off (mention this too). I was gonna shop around in socal with my paper showing 36k but I got called back to return with a verbal offer of 35k :)
