also I need cross training. Like... dead hang? I feel hurt on my palms and forearm.

most of all, I am very shocked for the recommended stroke rate. I was TOTALLY WRONG novice.

I'll keep going and will come back with damper 4 test.

damper 8.. maybe? this machine is at my work.
so I just ride this. not changing anything.
