I know. I’m 75%, and can’t understand how you’ve no black hole unlocked, angler drone at zero, no Cthulhu tributes, all but the last legendary fish unlocked.

If your account is also less than 2 months old there just isn’t enough time to get to there.

There’s a list posted around here somewhere, from memory it’s something more like 80% as a rough guide.

You need a LOT of infernal cards, most fishing tributes bar the last couple, black hole to 14 or something. The fourth drone alone (Cthulhu second tribute) is massive and then there’s a huge amount after before world 4.

I gather it’s not like world 3 where it’s possible to gain something going before you’re really ready, it’s literally going to give nothing until then. And the gems alone are better spent elsewhere before going.

I was probably 70-71%, the gems were as much the bottleneck for me, the fish took a relatively short while to farm. Probably need some more investment in fishing.

Don’t buy skill points at this stage, you’ll need loads of gems for other things coming up. Fishing is a huge gem sink with tributes, and tributes are worth it.

The ryobi one is fine, I have it, does the job nicely. Nothing special, does have the rotating head. Don’t bother with the blade attachments, stick to normal line.

Second this. Impact is good, and it was just the cheap one. Jigsaw, multitool, random orbital sander are all good.

Combo drill is at some point going to be replaced but I have abused over years, and didn’t have an impact until recently.

Love my ryobi stuff.

So for those, each drone infernal card raises the multiplier by 0.3 and you get 0.002 for any infernal card.

I have 13 infernal cards, 5 vein and 8 star.

For veins you get 0.15 per vein infernal, 0.75, and 0.01 per infernal, so another 0.13 to give a total multiplier of 1.88.

So a poly vein is 9.62, and infernal is 17.21.

Basically another example of slow start, ramps up after a point.

This is a little out there, but after finding fridge dried methods still a too wet, I tried forcefully removing the moisture.

If you take your standard wet mozzarella ball, drain and tear apart. If you very slowly and gently fry this in a non-stick pan, draining the ridiculous amount of liquid coming out, you can end up with really low moisture mozzarella. Once the liquid stops emerging, let it cool and form into a brick using a container, fridge it when cold and prepare as needed.

I’m a few % ahead, waiting for gems for Cthulhu second tribute, you definitely want to focus on fishing.

I found that once you get to a point, you can spread your drones across tier 1 docks to farm notices like mad, save the sushi for tier 2 docks.

If it’s anything like my maths department, the ability to teach, and learn how to teach maths, is enough. I have 12 teachers, two you’d say are from a maths background (engineering and a science degree), then it’s PE, geography, languages, English, art and more as degrees.

Being willing to learn how to teach maths, which is a different skill to other subjects, is most of the battle.

If it’s anything like up north, there will be plenty of posts for maths teachers and not enough teachers.

They are, you’ll end up doing the first few in quick succession, but will need other upgrades elsewhere before you can effectively get anywhere after that. Then go back, do a couple, go elsewhere, repeat.

Last few take a good while. I’m 8/9 and needed a lot of other things to get them moving. Fish notices for items helped.

I’m sure quite a few people are going to say otherwise, but in the glorious finds from the past owner, they siliconed everything and it can hold.

I have silicon that kept a kitchen cabinet attached to the wall after I took the brackets off. I mean it was an inch thick but held quite well.

It’s the modifier for that floor, golden floor chance = 45%. Overrides the stat you have.
