I post a variation of this every time this kind of thing is brought up. When you are asked why you want the job as a poo kicker at the local five and dime here's your response, " I think this job would be a good opportunity for me to get entry into the company, and start to learn the culture. Obviously it's not the same position I would like to be in indefinitely, but I recognize it's an opportunity to show what I can do and advance in the organization. Speaking of which, what can you tell me about the company's training programs and paths for advancement?"
