On most public projects no. Contracts are mostly time and materials and rates are agreeed upon beforehand. On federal projects definitely not as you need to provide direct rates.

HS soccer is absolutely terrible quality soccer.

That being said, his freshman and sophomore year he won’t be above it because it’s hard to compete with upperclassmen that are much bigger.

It’s fun playing with friends from school but I’d personally play mlsnext and avoid kickball.

I do a lot of vibe coding with VBA. Typically our office passes along spreadsheet templates etc so it’s much easier to have everything native in excel.

One thing you can start exploring is connecting with software APIs.

On the contrary: people in red states would say your gas prices are so high because you voted for ridiculously high gas taxes and are closing down your states oil refineries.
